I don't do requests often as I rarely have much free time as of late. especially with Christmas around the corner and whatnot ¬.¬

It's going to take a while. My wrist isn't really improving as I've still got to use it whilst lifting at work. I have a brace for it now but it doesn't fix the problem entirely :s
